Water Treatment Plant (WTP)

What we do

Water Treatment Plant (WTP)

A Water Treatment Plant makes raw water safe, clear, and suitable for usage. Whether the source is river water, borewell water, or supplied water, impurities like sediments, hardness, bacteria, and dissolved solids must be removed before it reaches homes or industries.
A well-designed WTP ensures continuous access to clean water with reliable quality.

At GREEN OASIS EQUIPMENT PVT. LTD, we build WTP systems that deliver consistent performance with minimal maintenance. Every plant is engineered to handle varying water quality and meet the required standards for drinking, industrial processes, or general utility.

Purpose of a WTP

Raw water usually carries suspended particles, microorganisms, chemicals, and hardness-forming minerals.
A WTP removes these contaminants through a series of purification steps, providing water that is clear, safe, and usable.

HOW WE WORK

How Our WTP Works

While designs vary based on the quality of the raw water, most systems follow a multi-stage treatment process:

Coagulation & Flocculation

Chemicals are added to bind tiny particles into larger flocs for easier removal.

01

Sedimentation

The formed flocs settle at the bottom, leaving clearer water on top.

02

Filtration

Sand, carbon, and multimedia filters remove fine particles, odour, colour, and organic impurities.

03

Disinfection

Chlorination, UV, or ozone treatment eliminates bacteria and harmful microbes.

04

Conditioning (Optional)

Softening, pH correction, or advanced filtration depending on usage requirements.
